4H Clubs & How to Join

You can join 4-H and select projects if you are in grades 3 through 13. Clubs even accept members in first and second grades in a special level called the Cloverbud program.

In order to join here’s what you need to do:

First, select a 4-H club from the list below. You will see a name and phone number for that club’s general leader.

Next, call the club’s general leader and find out more information about the club and its members. Most 4-H members join in the fall, but new members can join at any time.

Then, attend the 4-H club meeting with your parents, fill out an enrollment form you can get from the club leaders, select your projects and get ready to discover what 4-H is all about!

Parents can also sign up to be leaders! In order to be eligible, they need to have completed the Volunteer Orientation Process, filled out a 4-H Leader Enrollment Form, and signed the Volunteer Behavior Expectations Agreement. If you would like to explore becoming a leader, contact the club leader.
