Your help is needed to set up all display buildings and barns at the fairgrounds, for both animals and non-animal exhibits.  Please report to the fairgrounds by 9 am on August 19th. During the past several years, we’ve been getting the work done by noon or earlier, but that depends, of course, on how many workers show up.

It would be a good idea to pack drinks and snacks for your family. Helpful items to bring along include work gloves, dust masks, shovels, forks and rakes to move bedding in barns.  Bring work gloves, a bucket and cleaning rags or sponges, paint brushes, etc.
